Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Senior Manager to lead supply chain consulting engagements for retail and FMCG clients. You will scope opportunities, validate approaches, and deliver analytics-driven solutions that improve forecasting, replenishment, availability and inventory management.

You will also manage supplier relationships and collaborate with product teams to scale proven concepts into global offerings, working with senior stakeholders across Quantium, Woolworths Group, and client organisations.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in management consulting or similar advisory environments.
• Experience in supply chain areas such as demand planning, replenishment, inventory, or logistics for retail/FMCG.
• Experience delivering data and analytics transformation programmes, including proof-of-concept trials.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead supply chain engagements from opportunity to delivery for retail/FMCG clients.
• Manage supplier relationships and align engagement outcomes between retailers and suppliers.
• Validate analytical solutions (demand forecasting, on-shelf availability, inventory optimisation) through proofs-of-concept.
• Scale successful concepts into reusable offerings with product teams, globally.
