Quantium in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager to lead supply chain consulting for retail and FMCG. You’ll scope engagements, validate solutions, and deliver value using data, analytics and AI.

You’ll also build and manage supplier relationships, guiding teams from problem definition through to scalable delivery. You will collaborate with Quantium and wiq product teams, drive adoption with measurable outcomes, and engage senior stakeholders across Quantium, Woolworths Group, and client organisations

Competenze

• 7-9 years in management consulting or a similar strategy, transformation, or advisory environment, with a track record of scoping and leading engagements from problem definition through to delivery for retail, FMCG, or consumer clients.
• Experience in supply chain areas such as demand planning, replenishment, inventory, logistics, or network design, with a solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or category management.
• Experience delivering data and analytics transformation programmes, including running proof-of-concept trials that lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Structured problem-solving: ability to take your team from a defined opportunity to a clear scope, a tested solution, and a business case for scaling it.
• Strong influencing and partnering skills, with experience managing supplier or vendor relationships and working across diverse senior stakeholder groups.

Mansioni

• Scope and lead supply chain engagements: take opportunities from our business development team, define the scope, and lead them through validation and delivery with retail and FMCG clients, working with Quantium, wiq, Woolworths Group, and trade partners to create value for everyone involved.
• Manage supplier relationships: build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, keeping them engaged and aligned from scoping through to delivery, and ensuring solutions work for both sides of the supplier and retailer relationship.
• Validate through proof-of-concept: work with analytics, analytics transformation, and client partnership teams to co-design and deliver practical analytical solutions in areas such as demand forecasting, on-shelf availability, and inventory optimisation, testing whether they deliver the expected value.
• Scale what works: collaborate with Quantium and wiq product teams to turn successful proof-of-concepts into scalable offerings, in ANZ and globally.
• Drive adoption: define success metrics, measure results, capture learnings, and work with clients, suppliers and partners to embed solutions into the way they operate.
• Work with senior stakeholders: communicate and build relationships with senior leaders across Quantium, Woolworths Group, and client and supplier organisations.
