• Commercial acumen: Experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles within retail or data analytics.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to structure ambiguous problems and contribute to go-to-market planning.
• Exceptional storytelling: Strong communication to translate analytics into client value.
• Relationship builder: Collaborative and capable of working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Market insight: Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or marketing with data/AI value.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-market execution: develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Quantium's retail analytics solutions.
• Commercial pipeline support: qualify opportunities, prepare materials, and support senior leaders through the end-to-end commercial process.
• Translate analytics into value: craft narratives that show how data and AI drive tangible outcomes for retail clients.
• Market and product intelligence: gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product direction.
• Stakeholder engagement: build relationships and contribute to proposals, presentations, and strategic materials.
