Job summary

Quantium is seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Consumer team in Sydney. You will lead end-to-end sales pursuits, manage a high-value pipeline and drive revenue for our suite of data analytics solutions to FMCG suppliers.

You'll negotiate complex deals, mentor junior leads, and help shape pricing and packaging strategies while working across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales experience in FMCG with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, deal structures and value creation for clients and Quantium.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot highly desirable) and familiarity with Q.Checkout.
• Proven ability to sell to and influence senior stakeholders and craft compelling narratives.
• Resilience and ability to manage multiple opportunities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sales pursuits from prospecting to deal closure to acquire new business.
• Drive revenue by managing complex sales cycles and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
• Analyse market trends to identify high-value opportunities and contribute to pricing strategies.
• Mentor Client Leads and share best practices in sales strategy, negotiation and objection handling.
