The Senior Manager Lead Business Analyst will lead business analysis capability across a portfolio of people, payroll and workplace technology initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and HR systems expertise to ensure business needs are translated into practical technology and process outcomes. Working closely with senior business leaders, delivery teams and technology partners, you will shape solution design, strengthen business analysis practices and build a high-performing team that delivers meaningful business outcomes.

About the Role

As Senior Manager Lead Business Analyst, you will lead the delivery of business analysis services across complex HR, payroll and workforce-related programs and projects.

You will provide leadership across business analysis governance, frameworks and methodologies while partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes and deliver solutions that support employees throughout their lifecycle.

A key focus of the role is providing subject matter expertise across HR processes, payroll operations and people systems while ensuring consistent, high-quality business analysis outcomes across the portfolio.

• Extensive experience leading business analysis across large-scale technology, transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong HR and payroll process knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology and process solutions.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, workforce management and employee lifecycle systems.
• Demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of contemporary business analysis methodologies, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise, complex or public sector environments will be highly regarded.
