Job summary

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service is seeking compassionate Home Care Support Workers (Unqualified) to join our Home Care team. You will support older people to live independently at home, provide practical assistance and companionship, and help maintain wellbeing and connection to the community.

Applicants should have experience in home care or related roles, hold a current First Aid certificate, driver's license, and checks (Police, WWC, NDIS).

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, cleaning, hospitality, customer service, community services, house maintenance or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care and support.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to read, understand and follow support plans.

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Home Care Support Workers (Unqualified) to join our growing Home Care team.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will travel between consumers' homes providing practical support and companionship that enables people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and connection to the community.

The successful applicants will:

• Experience in home care, cleaning, hospitality, customer service, community services, house maintenance or a similar role
