Coles is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Data & AI Architecture and Governance within the Data & AI team. You will shape the enterprise governance framework, policies and standards, and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and business objectives.

You’ll oversee budgets, manage the D&A capabilities, and partner with C-suite and Board stakeholders to drive risk assessment, maturity uplift and responsible AI practices in a large, complex organisation.

Formación

• Extensive senior management experience in enterprise AI/Data governance programs.
• Experience aligning AI/Data governance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Proven ability to lead Cross-functional teams and influence executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion Responsible AI and Enterprise Data governance across Coles.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards and structures.
• Lead talent development, operating models, and technology controls for data governance.
