Job summary

HCF is seeking a Data & AI Governance Specialist to strengthen how data and AI are governed across the organisation. You will translate governance policies into practical controls, assessments and workflows to help teams use data and AI responsibly, securely and with confidence.

You will work across business and technology teams to support trusted data foundations, assess data and AI risks, and contribute to the maturity of HCF’s governance capability, including collaboration with architecture,

Qualifications

• Experience across data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, risk or compliance.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management, privacy, security and responsible AI.
• Experience developing governance artefacts and conducting assessments.
• Experience preparing governance, assurance, audit or regulatory evidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance artefacts: domains, elements, glossary, metadata, data quality rules and lineage.
• Support data quality controls and monitoring across systems and platforms.
