Westpac is seeking a Senior Manager Consumer Credit Risk to strengthen risk management across its lending portfolio. Based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements, the role focuses on policy, decisioning, and performance, while engaging stakeholders to ensure robust governance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings extensive consumer credit risk experience, strong analytics with SQL/SAS/Tableau/Power BI, and proven leadership abilities to deliver strategic risk

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in consumer credit risk across policy, decisioning, and portfolio performance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights using analytics tools.
• Ability to lead, prioritise and deliver outcomes with clear stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of Australian credit risk regulatory frameworks; automated decisioning is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
