Collibra is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services in Australia to drive services sales and delivery, aligning with regional sales, customer engineers and partners. You will lead a team of architects and engagement managers, shaping value-based service offerings and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum with 10+ years in consulting or professional services.
Proven quota attainment and leadership of PS teams.
Experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and closing SOWs.
Domain expertise in AI transformation and data governance.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot).
Strong executive presence and enterprise procurement navigation.

Responsibilities

Drive PS sales and delivery with quota ownership.
Lead Architects and Engagement Managers teams.
Develop stand-alone services and proposals with Account Execs.
Define standard service offerings and create SOWs.
Ensure value-based outcomes across engagements.
Build healthy pipeline and forecast with teams.
