Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Optimisation to lead the transformation of the Personal Banking Change Enablement function. You will drive process optimisation, AI-driven innovations and operating model redesign to realise measurable productivity gains.

You will partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable improvements and shape future ways of working across the function, ensuring benefits are delivered and sustained in BAU.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business transformation and continuous improvement.
• Proven success delivering operating model improvements and productivity outcomes.
• Strong expertise in process architecture, governance design and CI methodologies.
• Experience identifying automation, digital and AI-enabled solutions in complex environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Personal Banking Change Enablement through process optimisation, AI, and operating model redesign.
• Identify and deliver productivity, automation and simplification opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape future ways of working and embed improvements across the function.
• Lead review, redesign and optimisation of processes, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify operations and boost productivity.
• Conduct business diagnostics, process assessments and workshops to uncover pain points and improvements.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, playbooks, and roadmaps to sustain new ways of working.
• Lead delivery and transition of optimisation initiatives into BAU with measured benefits.
