Job summary

Medibank is pursuing AI-powered transformations to embed intelligent workflows across its operations in Australia. As an AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will partner with leaders, SME teams and technology groups to design future-state workflows, map current processes and drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

You’ll shape value delivery by identifying high-impact opportunities, guiding governance, risk and privacy considerations, and leading change across the transformation lifecycle

Qualifications

• Transformation professional with strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and challenging established ways.
• Experience with business analysis and solving complex organizational challenges.
• Proven ability to work with technology, data or AI teams to deliver change.
• Strong capability to drive stakeholder alignment in complex or sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand and map current-state workflows, identifying pain points, risks and opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency, quality and employee experience.
• Translate business requirements into practical, buildable solutions with AI builders, architects and data specialists.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, risk, privacy, governance and technology teams.
• Support delivery, adoption and value realisation throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Balance innovation with responsible AI practices, governance requirements and workforce readiness.
• Help teams navigate change and build confidence in new ways of working.
