Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a Manager, Credit Analytics Delivery in Australia to lead a team of analytics professionals focused on automating credit decisioning and enhancing risk management. You will deliver scalable analytics and portfolio insights while partnering with Credit Strategy, Product, Technology and Risk to drive data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical insights that support Business Lending credit strategies and drive better outcomes.
Monitor performance and controls; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Mentor and lead a team of analytics professionals to build capability and knowledge retention.
Collaborate with Credit Strategy, Product Owners, Technology and Risk to deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead PoC initiatives and evaluate technologies including machine learning, AI and alternative data sources.
Contribute to strategy development through data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.
Ensure monitoring frameworks provide early detection of risks and opportunities across automated credit strategies.
