Job summary

Crawford & Company in Sydney is seeking a high-caliber Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join its GTS team. You will manage major and complex claims, deliver expert advice, and support major clients across the insurance market.

You will work with a team of senior professionals, developing relationships with insurers, brokers and stakeholders, and contribute to professional growth through strong technical excellence and commercial judgement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in major and complex loss adjusting.
• ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Experience managing major and complex loss claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major and complex loss claims and drive resolution.
• Provide expert advice to clients and engage with insurers, brokers and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client engagement with a commercial, client-focused approach.
• Support ongoing professional development and technical excellence.
