Job summary

Crawford & Company, the world’s largest publicly listed claims management organisation, is seeking a high-calibre Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join its GTS team in Melbourne, VIC. You will manage significant, technically complex claims and provide expert advice to major clients across the insurance market.

In a collaborative environment, you will rely on your advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills to drive claim resolution while receiving support from experienced leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in major and complex loss adjusting.
• ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of significant, technically complex loss claims.
• Provide expert advice and drive claim resolution for major clients.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Contribute to development of technical excellence within the team.
