Strong base salary + uncapped commission + substantial earning potential
We are looking for an experienced, commercially sharp salesperson who knows how to turn genuine enquiries into deposits—not simply send quotes, distribute brochures and wait for customers to call back.

The opportunity is here. We now want a disciplined closer who can convert it.
You will manage qualified machinery enquiries from initial contact through to deposit, finance, delivery and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:

We are not looking for someone whose sales process consists of:
Every serious enquiry must finish with a defined next action, an agreed date and time, and a clear understanding of what is preventing the customer from purchasing.
You will ideally have a successful background in one or more of the following:
Machinery knowledge is valuable, but closing ability is essential.
This role is designed for a salesperson capable of building towards 15 or more machinery sales per month from a well-supported lead pipeline.
We understand that not every enquiry is ready to purchase immediately. However, we expect every genuine opportunity to be properly qualified, followed up and advanced.
Performance will be measured through:
This position will suit someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to be rewarded for converting opportunities.
It will not suit someone who needs to be continually reminded to follow up, avoids asking customers for a decision, or believes that issuing a quote means the selling process is complete.
We want someone who can listen carefully, identify the true barrier, present a commercially sensible solution and confidently ask:
“If I resolve that issue for you, are you prepared to proceed?”
