With 3–5 years in luxury retail, you will mentor team members, manage client escalations, and contribute to a culture focused on craftsmanship, training, wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within a Senior Client Advisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager capacity.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Confident managing the sales floor, supporting team members and handling client escalations.
• Strong clienteling, CRM and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while driving client engagement, retention and repeat business.
• Develop lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, personalised appointments and CRM activities.
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures and sales floor management.
• Provide day-to-day support to the retail team, helping maintain premium service standards and an elevated client experience.
• Act as the escalation point for client enquiries or concerns when the Team Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor sales performance and client development activity to identify opportunities for growth.
