NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Monitoring & Observability Engineer in Sydney to lead LogicMonitor-based initiatives, drive renewals, and uphold high-value client outcomes. The role demands senior technical leadership, cross-team collaboration, and a strong focus on platform automation and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with onshore teams, and ensure service continuity for strategic clients in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in LogicMonitor.
• Proficient scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
• Version control experience (Git).
• Infrastructure knowledge across Windows, VMware, Cisco networking, Linux.
• Proven experience delivering in complex enterprise customer environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring platform uplift and remediation for LogicMonitor environments.
• Deliver contractual monitoring and observability outcomes tied to renewals.
• Act as a senior escalation point and technical authority.
• Drive platform maturity, automation, and standardisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet client-specific requirements.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across the engineering team.
• Ensure consistency with onshore capability commitments.
