Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Line 1 Risk, to join our team on a 12 month max term basis. You will partner with business leaders to manage risk across divisions, provide practical risk guidance, strengthen controls and support change initiatives.

Working with Group Risk (Line 2), Compliance and other teams, you will identify emerging risks, assess impacts and ensure appropriate treatments. You will help develop risk profiles, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management or related discipline.
• At least three years' experience in risk management.
• Professional qualifications such as FRM, PRM or CPA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical risk guidance and partner with senior leaders.
• Identify emerging risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Support risk assessments, control design and governance activities.
• Contribute to risk profile development and risk reporting.
• Coach and train teams to strengthen risk capability.
