Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst Line 1 Risk to join our team on a max term contract until August 2027. You will play a key role in strengthening risk management practices across the organisation, working with business stakeholders, Group Risk, Compliance teams, and senior leaders to provide trusted advice and practical guidance that helps teams navigate risk and meet regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, governance and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to analyse information, identify trends and translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

• Lead and support risk assessments and risk profiling initiatives.
• Contribute to control design and improvements across the organisation.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on risk management practices during change initiatives.
