Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Line 1 Risk, on a 12-month max term. You will partner with business leaders to ensure effective risk management, provide practical risk guidance, and help strengthen controls across divisions.

You will support risk assessments, governance, and change initiatives while coaching teams in risk best practices. You will bring a minimum of three years' risk management experience, a Finance/Business/Risk Management degree, and potentially FRM/PRM/CPA

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management or related discipline.
• At least three years' experience in risk management.
• Experience in risk framework development, risk assessments and control effectiveness activities is highly regarded.
• Exposure to Technology, Cybersecurity or Financial Crime Operations is beneficial.
