Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's; or a PhD without experience.
• Experience in engineering principles and adapting to new challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration with varied audiences.
• Proven track record solving complex engineering problems with creativity and sound judgment.
• Experience supporting software deployments, system upgrades, configuration changes, and lifecycle sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system integration initiatives across hardware, software, and network components.
• Diagnose intricate system failures and recommend lasting resolutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and engineering services for an enterprise system.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents that Level 1 cannot resolve.
• Perform maintenance, updates, upgrades, and configuration changes per change management processes.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, trends, and drive improvements for availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and artefacts per contractual requirements.
• Participate in on-call support arrangements and governance activities.
