Job summary

Wolf & Williams has partnered with a renowned international infrastructure business. The Senior Legal Counsel will advise on multiple major Australian infrastructure projects, including governance, procurement, and commercial contracts. The role offers significant autonomy and exposure to high-value developments.

Reporting to a commercial legal leader, you will support project development, bids and strategic growth, negotiating with contractors and key stakeholders across Australia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE across infrastructure, construction, projects and/or energy.
• Background from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team, or both.

Responsibilities

• Advise on construction, procurement and project-related agreements.
• Support project development, bids and strategic growth initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Provide advice on governance, risk and day-to-day commercial matters.
• Partner with senior leaders across legal, commercial and development teams.
