Job summary

Wolf & Williams are partnering with a leading Australian property and development organisation, seeking a senior level commercial lawyer to support the business across a broad portfolio spanning commercial contracts, property, projects, and governance. This role is an initial 3 month contract term, with strong possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will support governance, policy development and regulatory compliance across both public and private sectors, including privacy and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post-admission experience, in-house or private practice.
• Experience in general commercial matters, contract drafting and negotiation, procurement and supplier arrangements.
• Exposure to corporate governance, policy development, privacy or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate technology, software, procurement, supplier, consultancy, service and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on commercial, contractual and operational matters, including procurement and technology projects.
• Support corporate governance, policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on privacy, data governance, information management and AI-related issues.
• Assist with internal enquiries, investigations, regulatory requests, compliance registers and privacy related matters.
