Job summary

Wolf & Williams in Sydney is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with 8–10+ years PQE in infrastructure and construction to guide major projects and strategic contracts. You will provide commercial, pragmatic legal advice to senior executives and work closely with development, projects, procurement and operations teams.

The role involves advising on procurement, energy and regulatory matters, while helping to scale the business with robust legal frameworks and templates.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' post-qualification experience in construction & infrastructure.
• Experience across construction, infrastructure, procurement, energy, utilities, and complex contracting.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial and project arrangements.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational and capital project environments.
• Excellent commercial judgement with pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support across construction, infrastructure and capital projects.
• Advise on property transactions, leasing and development matters.
• Structure and negotiate procurement and supply chain arrangements.
• Advise on power, energy and related commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic legal risk management and regulatory compliance advice.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, policies and frameworks.
