Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program and project management.
• Experience applying PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or other recognized methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology programs or delivery streams.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and governance forums.
• Experience developing business cases, investment recommendations and benefits realization strategies.
• Demonstrated capability in resource planning and workforce leadership.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation within financial delegation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and release readiness for the LMS platform and ecosystem.
• Lead alignment, sustainability and total cost of ownership across the LMS Platform Stream.
• Set platform priorities and manage dependencies and trade-offs.
• Lead governance and decision-making and present recommendations to leadership bodies.
• Develop and maintain the multi-year LMS platform roadmap and identify future opportunities.
• Author business cases, investment papers and change requests for executive decisions.
• Lead resource planning and workforce allocation across the Platform Stream.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and contract performance.
• Monitor outcomes and own delivery risk, controls and data security obligations.
• Coordinate with institution-wide programs and negotiate sequencing and resourcing trade-offs.
• Build trusted senior stakeholder relationships and deputize for the Program Director when required.
