Job summary

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking a Senior Coordinator - Learning Design to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of learning design projects across CFA. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the Learning Design team, prioritising work to meet business needs and quality standards.

You will translate regulatory and strategic requirements into practical learning solutions, oversee team workflow and contribute to program design and development of curricula with a focus on

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree and/or TAE40116 or equivalent, with understanding of RTO environment.
• Strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership to gain cooperation from team members.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans.
• Excellent written communication and curriculum development capabilities.
