Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking a Senior Engagement Advisor - Content Development to provide strategic leadership in community preparedness and fire safety communications. You will shape key messages, manage content from concept to production, and coordinate a range of partners to deliver accessible, high-quality content across multiple channels.

You will bring proven skills in content strategy, governance, and audience-centred communication, with a track record of influencing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in content development and strategic communications with governance, frameworks and standards.
• Strong understanding of behaviour change communications for audience-centred outcomes.
• Exceptional writing, editing and content production across digital, print and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content projects from concept through production.
• Coordinate external suppliers, designers, photographers and videographers.
• Ensure fire safety messages are evidence-based, accessible and aligned with CFA priorities.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders.
