Job summary

Parks Victoria in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a senior leader to head its Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). You will drive governance, reporting and portfolio oversight across the organisation during a period of transformation.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in enterprise program, portfolio or project environments.
Experience establishing or maturing an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
Expert governance, portfolio oversight, strategic planning and performance reporting.
Experience delivering large multi-stakeholder projects and portfolios.
Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting and insights.
Postgraduate qualifications desirable; Victorian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

Lead Parks Victoria's Enterprise Program Management Office.
Establish frameworks, governance and standards for effective delivery.
Provide enterprise-wide portfolio oversight, prioritisation and performance reporting.
Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to Executive and Board.
Build organisational capability in program and portfolio management.
