The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking an experienced leader for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to support the EPMO Manager in governance, reporting and strategic portfolio oversight in Melbourne.

Successful candidates will bring extensive portfolio management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to enable high-level decision-making across complex programs and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a portfolio and enabling strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes and standards for portfolio intake and governance.
• Support monitoring and control of active projects within the portfolio.
• Provide executive level oversight and reporting on portfolio performance.
• This role reports to the EPMO Manager.
