Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience leading electrical engineering outcomes across complex projects.
- Sound knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience delivering integrated design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering delivery across complex projects from concept to delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across electrical engineering solutions.
- Oversee development and delivery of high-quality designs and technical documentation.
- Provide technical review and advice to resolve engineering challenges.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop engineers and technical team members.
- Contribute to business development and growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering capability and processes.
