Job summary

RSGx is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Australia. The role focuses on leading electrical or M&E outcomes across complex projects across sectors such as infrastructure, data centres, energy and resources.

As a specialist leader, you will provide technical direction, drive safe and compliant outcomes, and mentor engineers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver practical, constructible engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading electrical engineering outcomes across complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and building/infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering delivery from concept through delivery on complex projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of electrical engineering solutions.
• Oversee development and delivery of designs and technical documentation.
• Provide technical review and advisory support to resolve engineering challenges.
