Job summary

EPCAD invites an experienced Senior Landscape Architect or Associate to join our Perth studio and become a key member of the management team. This role goes beyond project delivery, guiding clients and projects while shaping the practice's future growth.

With 5–7 years of experience and a recognised Landscape Architecture qualification, you will mentor the team, lead multidisciplinary projects, and contribute to business development within a well-established WA practice.

Qualifications

• Around 5-7 years relevant professional experience.
• A recognised Landscape Architecture qualification and AILA membership, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong design, technical documentation and contract administration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, client management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative studio.
• Experience in AutoCAD and with Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Existing Citizenship or Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide range of projects across all aspects of landscape architecture, master planning, visual assessment and urban design.
• Manage and co-ordinate teams and projects from early concept design through to design development, documentation and contract administration.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and approval authorities.
• Manage project programs, budgets and delivery standards.
• Mentor and support other members of the landscape architecture team.
• Contribute to business development, studio culture, and strategic decision-making.
• Help shape the way EPCAD works as the practice continues to evolve.
