CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Land and Planning Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. You will provide strategic leadership across land, planning, property, and environmental interfaces, coordinating with project teams to balance objectives, regulatory requirements, and community expectations.

Competenze

• Significant experience in land, property, planning, or infrastructure delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning and environmental approval frameworks.
• Experience managing land acquisition and stakeholder negotiations for complex projects.
• Proven ability to work across government, contractor, and consultant environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external service providers.
• Strong strategic, commercial and risk management capabilities.

• Lead land and statutory planning functions for major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement land access, acquisition, tenure, and property management strategies.
• Manage planning permit approval processes.
• Coordinate environmental, planning, and land-related approvals to support project delivery.
• Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, service authorities and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice on planning legislation, land acquisition frameworks and project risks.
• Support project development, design, procurement, and construction teams in resolving land and planning issues.
• Lead specialist consultants, land access advisors, planners, and surveyors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant project approvals, planning schemes, legislation, policies and project obligations.
• Identify and manage project risks associated with land access, approvals, and stakeholder impacts.
• Lead the development of Urban Design Landscape Plans.
