APA Group is seeking a Land Access Lead to join the Infrastructure Delivery team in Melbourne CBD on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on developing land access strategies, negotiating with landholders and government bodies, and guiding a team to ensure compliance and successful project delivery across multiple sites.

• Experience in land access, land tenure, property or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop land access strategies and lead activities across complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop and implement land access strategies and frameworks for APA projects.
• Monitor progress, risks and requirements to align with project schedules.
• Lead negotiations with landholders, government entities and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to Land Access Advisors to ensure consistency across projects.
