CPB Contractors Pty in Melbourne is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced land and planning professionals for the Land and Planning Manager role to support delivery of major infrastructure projects. This leadership position drives planning approvals, land access and acquisition, and environmental/regulatory interfaces across project lifecycles, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

Significant experience delivering land and planning outcomes on large infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of planning and environmental approval frameworks.
Experience managing land acquisition and stakeholder negotiations.
Proven ability to work across government, contractor, and consultant environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Lead land and statutory planning functions for major infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement land access, acquisition, tenure, and property management strategies.
Manage planning permit approval processes.
Coordinate environmental, planning, and land-related approvals to support project delivery.
Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, service authorities and stakeholders.
Provide strategic advice on planning legislation, land acquisition frameworks and project risks.
Lead specialist consultants, land access advisors, planners, and surveyors.
Ensure compliance with project approvals, planning schemes, legislation, policies and project obligations.
Identify and manage project risks associated with land access, approvals, and stakeholder impacts.
Lead the development of Urban Design Landscape Plans.
