Logicalis Australia is seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer to manage high‑level incidents and drive improvements across enterprise-scale data centre networks in Sydney or Melbourne. You will lead troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis and coordinate remediation alongside vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 10+ years in network engineering, ITIL familiarity, and hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Juniper technologies.

Formación

• 10+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Proven experience as an L3 escalation point.
• Experience with enterprise data centre environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing P1/P2 incidents and root cause analysis.
• Strong ITIL service management understanding.
• Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet or Juniper certifications.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud or data centre environments.
• Automation and scripting experience.
• Australia citizenship and eligibility for government clearance (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for critical network incidents.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and remediation.
• Support data centre and enterprise networks to ensure high availability.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call roster for Priority incidents.
• Perform network lifecycle management including patching and upgrades.
• Drive automation and monitoring improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain security, resilience and performance across infrastructure.
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation.
