Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer (L4) to join our ENM TechOps team across Australia with locations in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. The role offers flexible hybrid work and an opportunity to work on high‑level network and security escalations within a large enterprise environment.

As the L4 escalation authority, you will diagnose complex issues, guide L2/L3 engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and define permanent fixes across Palo Alto, Aruba, Netscaler, Fortigate, Juniper and SD‑WAN

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Level 4 escalation engineer in enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching and network security.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.

Role Description:

We’re looking for an accomplished TechOps Technical Specialist (Level 4) to join our Enterprise Network Management (ENM) TechOps team and serve as the highest technical escalation authority for Network & Security, Cloud and Data Centre infrastructure services. In this role, you will operate as a Level 4 (L4) escalation specialist, collaborating closely with L2 and L3 engineers while providing expert‑level diagnosis, fault isolation, and resolution across large, complex, multi‑vendor enterprise environments. It requires architect‑level technical knowledge, design understanding, and experience to effectively troubleshoot systemic issues, validate designs, influence standards, and ensure robust, scalable, and supportable solutions across wide range of technology stacks.

Network & Security: Palo Alto, Aruba, Netscaler, Fortigate, Juniper, Cradle Point, and Checkpoint, Splunk, Routing, Switching, SD‑WAN.

Work Arrangement: AU business hrs (8am-5.30pm)
