Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Australia is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer (Senior Associate) to join the Legal Operations & Knowledge team on a permanent part-time basis. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Reporting to the Head of Knowledge, you will develop knowledge assets, precedents and practical resources, deliver training, and help adopt legal technology and GenAI solutions while collaborating with lawyers and business services teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in a law firm.
• Experience in a large commercial or international law firm.
• Broad commercial legal experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Interest in knowledge management, precedents, legal technology and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate across lawyers and business services teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining knowledge assets, precedents and practical resources.
• Supporting knowledge management initiatives across the firm.
• Designing and delivering training programmes and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Assisting with the implementation and adoption of legal technology and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborating with lawyers and business services teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supporting best practice and innovation across the firm's legal teams.
