Ashurst Perkins Coie in Brisbane seeks a Knowledge Solutions Specialist to support and improve global knowledge services across regions and practices. You will connect lawyers to curated knowledge, deliver AI-ready insights, and work across teams to improve information delivery.

This role combines hands-on delivery with content architecture, user support, and project coordination, including induction and training initiatives. A great fit for a service-oriented professional in a legal environment.

Competenze

Prior experience in knowledge management, content management, legal operations, legal technology or professional support ideally in a law firm, in house legal team or professional services environment.
Working knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search and content lifecycle principles.
Experience administering or supporting knowledge, document or content management systems such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, iManage or similar platforms.
A user-centred and service oriented approach with the ability to translate user needs into practical improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce accessible guidance and explain systems and processes to different audiences.
