Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is hiring a Knowledge Solutions Specialist in Brisbane to support delivery and continuous improvement of global knowledge services. You will connect lawyers to curated, AI-ready knowledge and work across regions and teams to enable faster, more accurate client work.

The role blends hands-on delivery with content architecture, training, and project coordination to enhance the knowledge ecosystem and client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management, content management, legal operations or legal tech in a professional services environment.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search and content lifecycle principles.
• Experience administering or supporting knowledge, content or document management systems such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, iManage or similar platforms.
• User-centered and service oriented approach with the ability to translate user needs into practical improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain systems and processes to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and improve global knowledge services across regions, practices and teams.
• Coordinate content and information architecture projects and training initiatives.
• Provide user support and guidance on knowledge platforms and tools across the firm.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new knowledge management technologies.
