Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer (Senior Associate) to join our Legal Operations & Knowledge team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week). This role can be based in any Australian office, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

Qualifications

Several years' post-admission experience.
Experience delivering CLE or training programmes.
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Interest in knowledge management, legal technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining knowledge assets, precedents and practical resources.
Supporting knowledge management initiatives across the firm.
Designing and delivering training programmes and knowledge-sharing activities.
Assisting with the implementation and adoption of legal technology and GenAI solutions.
Collaborating with lawyers and business services teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Supporting best practice and innovation across the firm's legal teams.
