Talent Modes is urgently seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with deep Keycloak expertise to shape modern identity and access patterns across a large distributed environment in Sydney. You will be the go-to specialist for advanced Keycloak engineering, building secure, scalable authentication capabilities underpinning critical platforms.

Qualifications

Advanced Keycloak configurations across OIDC/OAuth2/SAML, SSO, and identity brokering.
Realm/client patterns for multi-site environments.
Integration of external identity sources including LDAP federation.

Responsibilities

Delivering advanced Keycloak configurations across OIDC/OAuth2/SAML, SSO, and identity brokering.
Designing realm/client patterns for multi-site, multi-environment consistency.
Integrating external identity sources (including LDAP federation) and shaping token/claims mapping.
Implementing MFA and certificate-based authentication flows.
Contributing to configuration-as-code to version, promote, and audit Keycloak artefacts.
Reviewing peer work and uplifting engineering standards across authentication flows.
Supporting operational hardening – secure baselines, logging/audit uplift, backup/restore validation.
