Job summary

face2face Recruitment is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Software Engineer in Melbourne. This hands-on role combines software engineering with technical leadership to design and implement complex CIAM solutions and mentor engineers across the organisation.

You will work with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and CIAM platforms (Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock or Ping), apply AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity, and help align delivery with security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong unit and integration testing experience (Jest).
• Extensive CIAM experience with OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
• Experience with CIAM products (Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping).
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIAM implementation and integration.
• Develop high-quality maintainable software and perform code reviews.
