Job summary

Cullen Jewellery, an Australian fine jewellery brand, is seeking a Senior Jeweller to lead the bench, craft and finish pieces to the highest standards, and resolve advanced technical challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop at our Kew site.

You will mentor junior and intermediate jewellers, collaborate with production and sales teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining health and safety in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Mastery of metalworking, soldering and finishing to produce high-quality pieces.
• Expertise in centre-stone and melee setting with precision.
• Experience mentoring junior and intermediate jewellers at the bench.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain exceptional quality in a high-volume workshop.

Responsibilities

• Craft and refine fine jewellery with precision, meeting daily output targets without compromising quality.
• Execute advanced stone setting, including centre stones and melee across pavé, bead, prong, channel and other settings.
• Mentor junior and intermediate jewellers, sharing techniques and helping them develop at the bench.
• Lead continuous improvement in the workshop, from techniques and tools to processes.
