UGL Pty Limited seeks an experienced JDE Materials & Logistics Lead to support a major project in Western Australia. You will oversee material management, warehousing, inventory control and logistics, ensuring data is accurately maintained in JD Edwards (JDE).

Working with Construction, Procurement, Supply Chain and Project Controls teams, you will ensure materials are available for construction and movements are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience leading materials & logistics on major projects.
• Strong JD Edwards (JDE) knowledge and usage.
• Proven inventory management and warehousing expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all project materials and logistics activities.
• Manage end-to-end material lifecycle: receipting, storage, preservation, issue, transfer and disposal.
• Maintain material transactions within JD Edwards (JDE).
• Review MTOs, BOMs and forecasts for alignment with project needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, transport schedules and deliveries.
• Monitor material availability and flag shortages or schedule impacts.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Raise and manage material requests, requisitions and work orders in JDE.
• Develop and maintain material tracking and reporting systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability.
• Lead and mentor materials and logistics personnel.
