Job summary

Accenture in Sydney seeks a highly motivated ITSM PMO Support Analyst to back ITSM project delivery and PMO governance. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge is preferred to ensure adherence to PMO standards.

You will coordinate tasks, track milestones, and prepare professional reports while supporting governance activities and risk management across ITSM workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or ITSM-related roles.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Program Management and ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Process Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.
• Project Coordination: Support the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Governance Activities: Assist with governance-related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.
• Workstream Monitoring: Monitor the progress of ITSM workstreams, identifying and escalating risks or delays to the PMO Lead or Project Manager as necessary.
