Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects.
• Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project governance, planning, reporting, and risk management expertise.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining sectors preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead project governance activities including status reporting and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and consulting teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices including sprint planning and PI Planning activities.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and delivery partners.
