Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex technology initiatives within the SURE sector. You will work with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to drive operational excellence and business transformation.

The role requires proven IT and digital transformation delivery experience, a strong grasp of governance, agile practices, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across onshore delivery networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects.
• External consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management expertise.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources or Mining preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery teams advantageous.

Infosys Consulting is growing its Perth-based team in our SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy) sector and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to successfully execute technology projects that support operational excellence and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Training

• Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in.
• Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training and capability uplift programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation

Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement

• Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures.
• Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.

What We're Looking For
