Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Perth team in the SURE sector, bridging business and technology across a complex landscape. You will drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and solution delivery, influencing multiple delivery streams.

You will engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, support change initiatives, and deliver measurable business value in a dynamic energy and utilities context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable.
• Experience working with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs.

You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and successful solution delivery across a complex technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions

• Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures.
• Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.
